Unable to change the volume, pause, or skip operations when connecting to the TV via a transmitter.

Check the following:

• Volume: The volume control operation of the TV remote control cannot be used to adjust the volume. Use the volume button on the neckband speaker or headphones instead.
  Note: You cannot adjust the volume with headphones that do not have a volume adjustment function.
• Pause or Skip: The headphones or neckband speaker cannot be used to play content on the TV, pause the current content, or skip to the next piece of content. Use the TV remote control instead.
