Why is the TV not tuning into the new channels automatically?
When a new broadcasting service starts, a manual retuning is required to receive the new channels.
Follow the steps below for tuning:
- Press HOME button on remote.
- Select Settings
- Under TV menu, select Channel Set-up > Digital Set-up > Digital Tuning > Digital Auto Tuning
