An error is generated in the Internet processing of the programme. Please try the following:
First, execute Internet Connectivity Symptoms or Check Connection.
- Press the HOME button.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Help → Customer Support → Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
- Select Settings → System Settings → Set-up → Network → Network Set-up → View Network setting and status → Check Connection → Yes.
- If there is any Failed in the diagnosis results: Please check the network connection setting.
- If all diagnosis results are OK: Carry out confirmation in the following order.

- Update the TV to the latest system software.
- Execute Refresh Internet Content.
- Press the HOME button, then select Settings.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Network → Refresh Internet Content.
- Select System Settings → Set-up → Network → Network Set-up → Refresh Internet Content.
- If the problem is not resolved after the rectification process shown above, reset the setting value to factory shipping status, and then check whether the problem is resolved.
Note: If an error is generated after reset is executed, a temporary network problem may be generated. It may be resolved after some time passes. Please try Refresh Internet Content again after a while.
Error code Error: 7007 is displayed
Error code Error: 7016 is displayed
Error code Error: 1 to 30 or 50 to 200 or 300 is displayed
This is a communication problem with the connection target (server side). In the case of a temporary cause, the problem may be resolved after a while. First, retry the access after a brief interval. If the problem is not resolved, update the TV to the latest system software.
