The Netflix icon is missing.

The following may cause why the Netflix icon is missing on your TV screen:

NOTE: Because each of these causes represents a possible solution to this issue, check to make sure that the Internet video app does not reappear after completing each step.

1. Internet video stations are missing.
2. A  Network Error appears when trying to access or stream Internet video content using the Netflix app on the Blu-ray Disc player.
3. Feature not available or Service cannot be accessed at this time error  appears when trying to access an Internet video app.
