2. Equipment
2.1 Users/participants may use Sony equipment on loan basis during the event. Equipment is subject to availability and the Sony Malaysia reserves the right to refuse any loan for good reason.
3. Right of Refusal
3.1 Sony Malaysia reserves the right to refuse an user/participant entry and accommodation if, management reasonably considers that the guest is under the influence of drink or drugs, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner.
4. Losses, Liabilities etc.
4.1 Sony Malaysia shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property caused by owner/user/participant himself/herself during the session.
4.2 Sony Malaysia shall not be liable to an owner/user/participant for any loss or damage to property caused natural disaster
4.3 Participants will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the venue of the session.
5. Communication.
5.1 Sony Malaysia reserves the rights to cancel, terminate, advance or defer any workshop date and changes of venue by giving prior notice to the users/participants. This will be only happen upon extraordinary circumstances such as trainer’s availability, matter of urgency, internal priority event. In this respect, the decision of Sony Malaysia shall be final.
