There is no sound, poor sound, or low volume coming from the TV speakers.

    Follow this procedure to troubleshoot when there is no sound or low volume coming from the TV speakers.

    Before you start

    • Refer to the operating instructions supplied with your product if model-specific information is required to complete any steps or settings changes.
