Dolby Vision video does not appear when a Dolby Vision enabled device is connected to the TV via HDMI.

    IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article for details.

    Try the following:

    • Change the settings to Enhanced Format:
      1. On the TV remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
      2. Select SettingsChannels & InputsExternal inputsHDMI signal format/VRR.
      3. Select the HDMI input number where the Dolby Vision device is connected, then select Enhanced format.
      Note: Some devices may not be able to output Dolby Vision video when HDMI signal format/VRR is set to Enhanced format (4K120) or Enhanced format (Advanced). Depending on the TV model, the setting name may be different.
    • If the connected device has a Dolby Vision output Off/On function, set it to On.
    • Turn the connected device off then back on (reboot).
