Dolby Vision video does not appear when a Dolby Vision enabled device is connected to the TV via HDMI.

Try the following:
- Change the settings to Enhanced Format:
- On the TV remote control, press the Quick Settings button.
- Select Settings → Channels & Inputs → External inputs → HDMI signal format/VRR.
- Select the HDMI input number where the Dolby Vision device is connected, then select Enhanced format.
- If the connected device has a Dolby Vision output Off/On function, set it to On.
- Turn the connected device off then back on (reboot).
