There is no sound from the audio system when connected via eARC.

If you are watching images that use audio codecs such as DTS-HD Master Audio or Dolby TrueHD, sound may not be output when the TV and audio system are connected via eARC. In such cases, check the following.
- Check that the TV and audio system are connected using an HDMI cable with Ethernet.
- Set the TV's eARC setting to Auto.

- Select Display & Sound — Audio output — eARC mode — Auto.
- Select Sound — eARC mode — Auto.
- Set the TV's speaker output setting to Audio system.

- Select Display & Sound — Audio output — Speakers — Audio system.
- Select Sound — Speakers — Audio system.
- Check that the audio system supports eARC. Also, check the eARC settings of the audio system. For details, refer to the manual of the audio system.
- Check that the external devices connected to the TV's HDMI terminals support output from audio codecs such as DTS-HD Master Audio or Dolby TrueHD.
- The TV does not support DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD from USB files, video streaming services, and broadcasts.
Note: Depending on the specifications of the audio system, there may be no sound because it does not support some audio codecs.
