Troubleshooting

The TV cannot connect to the Internet

On Google TV™ or Android TV™ models, before proceeding with the options listed below, first try restarting the TV.
Note: If the issue is not solved by restarting, or if you do not have an Google TV or Android TV, refer to the following troubleshooting articles.

• The BRAVIA TV cannot be connected to the Internet: how to perform a network diagnosis.
