The video contents of a USB storage device are not displayed in the Video or media player application for Sony's Android TV™ / Google TV™.

This occurs when you connect a USB storage device containing videos to your TV (and the Video or Media Player application for Sony's Android TV / Google TV is being used).
Depending on the model, the following message may appear:

• No items
• Videos stored on your USB mass storage will appear here.

It may take time for the contents to appear. They will be displayed soon. The loading time depends on the TV model or the amount of content in the USB storage device. For example, if 10 to 1,000 files are saved, it takes about 1 minute to 1 and a half minutes.

NOTE: Depending on the model, the screen may be updated repeatedly until all the content is loaded.
