(Wired) All connection diagnosis results are displayed as Failed.
LAN cable is not properly connected to the TV or the TV does not recognize the LAN cable.
Please try the following rectification process.
- Reboot the TV to get the TV to recognize the LAN cable anew.
- Disconnect LAN cable from the TV.
- Turn off the power supply of the TV by remote controller and disconnect the power cord (mains leads).
- Connect the power cord (mains leads) again and turn on the power supply.
- Connect the LAN cable securely.
- Carry out the connection diagnosis anew.
If the diagnosis results are the same, please continue to try the solution of this FAQ.
If other diagnosis results are displayed, please see an individual solution:
- Check whether the TV can be connected by using a LAN cable of another device that can use the Internet normally.
If the problem is resolved:
The previous LAN cable was defective.
If the problem is not resolved:
Carry out the connection diagnosis anew.
