    Try performing a power reset

    Follow the steps below to perform a power reset.

    1. Turn off the TV 
    2. Unplug the TV power cord (mains lead) from the electrical outlet
    3. Allow the TV to remain without power for one minute
    4. Plug the power cord (mains lead) back into the electrical outlet
    5. Turn on the television
