The following message appears frequently: Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped.

    This issue can be resolved by updating the application.
    Delete the data and cache for Google Play services, and then update the application.

    1. Clear the data & cache on the Google Play services:
      1. Press the HOME button on remote.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Apps in the TV category.
      4. Select Google Play Service in the System app category.
      5. Select Clear data.
      6. Select OK.
      7. Select Clear All Data.
      8. Select OK.
      9. Select Clear cache.
      10. Select OK.

    2. Update the apps:
      1. Press the HOME button on remote.
      2. Select Google Play Store in the Apps category.
      3. Select Settings.
      4. Select Auto-update apps.
      5. Select OK.

    NOTE:  By selecting this setting, the application will automatically update when an update program is available.
