The following message appears frequently: Unfortunately, Google Play services has stopped.
This issue can be resolved by updating the application.
Delete the data and cache for Google Play services, and then update the application.
- Clear the data & cache on the Google Play services:
- Press the HOME button on remote.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps in the TV category.
- Select Google Play Service in the System app category.
- Select Clear data.
- Select OK.
- Select Clear All Data.
- Select OK.
- Select Clear cache.
- Select OK.
- Update the apps:
- Press the HOME button on remote.
- Select Google Play Store in the Apps category.
- Select Settings.
- Select Auto-update apps.
- Select OK.
NOTE: By selecting this setting, the application will automatically update when an update program is available.
