Error: 1107, 2123, 3218, 5010 or 7003 appears during the network setup or when attempting to access Internet content on the TV.

    The cause for errors 1107, 2123, 3218, 5010 or 7003: These error codes are displayed in the following cases.

    • The Internet connection is disconnected or unstable.
    • The network line speed has reduced (especially when connected to a wireless LAN)

    Even in the cases other than the above, these error codes may be displayed due to temporary causes such as crossed lines, etc. The problem is sometimes resolved after a certain period of time without any operation. In this case, it is sometimes impossible to identify the cause.

    1. Check that the TV is connected to the Internet properly.

    Try one of the following steps (A or B) depending on your model:

    Step A

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Network Setup or Network, and then select Network Setup.
    4. Select View Network settings and status or Network Status.
    5. Select Check Connection.

    Step B

    1. Press the HOME button on the remote control.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select System Settings.
    4. Select Set-up.
    5. Select Network.
    6. Select Network Setup or Network Set-up.
    7. Select View Network settings and status.
    8. Select Check Connection.

    If there are any Failed diagnosis results:
    The TV is not connected to the Internet. Please check the network connection setting.

    If all diagnosis results are OK:

    • If you are still getting an error message, a specific problem may have occurred.
    • If it is a known problem, it can be improved by software update. Perform the software update.
    • If it does not improve, please try the following.
      1. Turn off the TV power supply.
      2. Disconnect the plug of the TV.
      3. Disconnect plugs of the router and modem.
      4. Connect the plugs of the router and modem again after 2 minutes.
      5. Connect the plug of the TV again.
      6. Turn on the TV power supply.
      7. After 5 minutes, please try to Refresh Internet Content a few times.

        Note: The Refresh Internet Content is available for TVs manufactured on or before 2014.

    2. Check the following settings and usage environment.

    Note: There is a case that the problem is not due to the TV, but due to the network environment. In this case, contact other companies if necessary.

    1. Reset the television to the original factory settings.
    2. Eliminate the duplicate routers.
      The router allocates an IP address to the device for connecting to the Internet. If two routers are installed, these error codes may be displayed because of the duplicate IP addresses. Contact the router manufacturer, suspend the routing function of one router or uninstall one router, and then check if the situation will be improving.
    3. Check the network line speed.
      There are various factors that slow down the network line speed. The following image shows the flow of a network line reaching a TV or other device.
