The screen display and home screen are sometimes dark while watching the HDR video content.

For X75xxD Series, X70xxD Series, S80xxD Series (Non-Triluminos):
While watching the HDR video content (including the internet videos):
The screen display and home screen may sometimes darken, but this is not a malfunction.
Since the graphics such as the screen display or home screen is made in a conventional manner, it is displayed somewhat darkly due to a difference in the standard of the image quality mode for HDR.
For TV models other than the above (Triluminos):
- While watching the HDR video content (including the internet videos):
The screen display and home screen may sometimes darken, but this is not a malfunction.

- While using the video App such as Youtube:

- Press the Action Menu button on the remote.
- Select Picture.
- Select Advanced settings in the Picture Apps (Video) category.
- Select Video options.
- Select HDR mode.
- Select Auto.
- While using App such as Google Play Store:

- Press the Home button on the remote.
- Display the Settings screen.
- Press the Action Menu button on the remote.
- Select Picture.
- Select Advanced settings in the Picture Apps (Video) category.
- Select Video options.
- Select HDR mode.
- Select Auto.
- While watching the HDR content of the external device via HDMI:

- Select the input mode (HDMI).
- Press the Action Menu button on the remote.
- Select the Picture.
- Select the Advanced settings in the Picture HDMI.
- Select the Video options.
- Select the HDR mode.
- Select the Auto.
