I can't hear any sound from the TV when I connect it to a home theater system, soundbar, or AV receiver using both HDMI and Bluetooth

This issue will occur if you use both HDMI and Bluetooth to connect a home theater system, soundbar, or AV receiver to the TV. If this happens, disconnect the Bluetooth and use only an HDMI cable.

To disconnect the Bluetooth:

• Use the TV settings to disconnect the Bluetooth connection, or turn the Bluetooth settings OFF on the audio device.
• For more details, refer to the product manual or Help Guide for the TV/audio device.

If the TV still doesn't output any sound, press the INPUT button on the audio device to switch the connection to HDMI.

Note: If you want to switch back to the Bluetooth connection, disconnect the HDMI cable, then press the INPUT button on the audio device.
