The REON POCKET won't connect to my smartphone. What should I do?

    Check and follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue first:

    1. Check the version and model of the smartphone you are using.
    2. Make sure that your smartphone's Bluetooth function is turned on.
      *If you are using Android, open the OS settings app, select the REON POCKET app, and check that the location information service is turned on.
    3. If the LED is not flashing blue, lightly press the button on the device.
      If the LED does not light up, charge the device sufficiently and then try again.
    4. With the device and smartphone close to each other, start the REON POCKET app and try to connect.

    If the problem persists after performing steps 2 through 4 above, try the following procedures:

    1. Uninstall the REON POCKET app and install the latest version of the app from the app store again.
    2. Turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth function and then turn it on again.
    3. Hold down the button on the device for approximately 15 seconds to reset it, and then lightly press the button again.
    4. Start the app and try to connect.
