A small electrical noise with continuous static sound (white noise) is heard from the INZONE Buds.
Depending on the settings or conditions, a small electrical noise with continuous static sound (white noise) may be heard.
Hint: You can confirm the settings on the INZONE Hub software.
- When both the Noise Canceling function and Ambient Sound functions are set to OFF: When you are in a quiet environment, if no music is playing or the volume is low, white noise may be heard. This is normal and within specifications.
-
When the Noise Canceling function is set to On: White noise is generated because of the characteristics of the Noise Canceling function. If you are bothered by the noise, use the headphones with the Noise Canceling function Off. For details on how to turn off the Noise Canceling function, refer to the Help Guide (About the touch sensor).
- When the Ambient Sound function is set to On: White noise is generated depending on the level of the Ambient Sound function. On the INZONE Hub software, select Sound Settings → Ambient Sound Level to adjust the setting.
For more details about white noise, refer to the Noise canceling doesn't work, or white noise is heard during a call on the headphones article.
